Finding a Nasal Aspirator that works for a Cleft-Affected baby

The reason I am bringing this up is... I don't know if anyone else has tried to use a nasal aspirator on their CA infant. My infant daughter's nose on the cleft side is oval shaped so I couldn't get a good suction with the commonly used "bulb aspirator". My nurse at the hospital this weekend found an aspirator for me that works really well, it is called Medi-Bear infant nasal aspirator. It is made by Bruder Healthcare Company.
