John Jeremy

John Jeremy was born on December 30, 1998 with a unilateral cleft lip and palate. John's pictures are presented to you by his parents, Norma & Dennis. He also had amniotic banding.

This first one is his picture from the hospital -- his first picture!

This is our family picture.

john03.jpgThis is John's 2nd lip surgery. His first one was to put in the latham pin appliance. He just turned 6 months when he had this one done. It was taken the same night as his surgery.

The nurses put him in this stroller-type thing, and pushed him around wherever they went!

This picture of John was taken at 15 months. You can hardly see his scar.

His doctor says he can do a better job. I think he looks perfect enough!

This is a picture of John's dad's (Dennis) tattoo. It has John's name underneath the widesmiles logo. Dennis loves to show it off.

November 2004: Just about to turn 6 years old. John's kindergarten teacher absolutely adores him and says she is blessed to have him in her class.

December 2004: Here is John's mom and brother Jaiden (3 years old)
