As I mentioned to before I ordered arm restraints for Sarah's lip surgery that are all cotton, filled with poly-fil, and close with velcro.
They come in all sizes from premie (3 in.) to extra large (13 in) for a 5 yr. old and have cute prints. I ordered newborn-plus size for Sarah (5 in) at 3 mos.
Plus sizes are a little wider to fit over sleeves instead of bare skin. I believe they run from about $20 - $25. Allow a week to 10 days.
